!st entry... ok la, not 1st

Ya, i am blogging for Sunday's entry, not Monday.

It has been a very tiring yet fruitful day. It is my team's turn to queue, so I message my team mates to go down 2gether. Well, not everyone came down together. I reached first, 15 mins before Shi Hui arrived. Argh... Maybe next time we shall meet at 8 at Burger King before going in? hahaz... Service was awesome. Rev Robb Thompson from Family Harvest Church came down to our Church as a guest speaker, and I feel he preach one of the best sermons I have heard in Church. Although his sermons are really chunky ( you can hardly find the full stop in his sentence), and key points are pretty hard to find, but he was very annointed when it comes to the area of convincing. Wow. When I saw REV Robb Thompson begging us not to waste our lives, I almost feel like crying. The service felt so short, in fact, I hope it last forever. For better is one day in GOD's house than a thousand days elsewhere.

On that same afternoon, we had our prayer meeting. It was a one hour thirty minutes prayer meeting, but it felt like it was very long. No wonder the bible study on praying mentioned that you must have the desire to pray, the discipline to sustain it, and when all these is finished, you will delight yourself in the LORD.. Discipline is very tough, it is also a very painful process. I stood throughout the prayer meeting, for a whole one honour 30 minutes!(not as siong as mounting days where I had to stand for 3 hours!) The worse part while I was praying was that my back was aching. I had to constantly pray for the LORD to give me strength in sustaining my back. Haiz, a sportsman like me cannot sustain standing. LORD, I am weak, but in YOU, I am strong.

Siew Peng is in charge of the Sentosa outreach thing. Although I am not able to go for the trip on the 22th JULY, I am very sure our cell group will hit a new high attendance of 25 people. Our team planned for everything, for all the games, the location, what happens if it REALLY rains, etc. We are so into evangelising that we are going to walk the ground later in the day. The rest cannot make it, so Siew Peng and I will be walking the ground. hahaz, I cant wait for 22th JULY!!!! Yay!!!
